A friendly face on arrival

Take the stress out of arrival and pre-arrange your airport transportation to your accommodation. Students who have booked accommodation through Quest have two options for airport service: Representative Pickup or Pre-paid Limousine service

Representative Transfer

A Quest representative will greet you at the airport and deliver you to your accommodation.

Limousine Transfer

Exit the airport through the doors marked Limo, request an Airline Limousine car and provide the driver with the voucher you have been sent. 

A Quest representative will be waiting for you at the airport on arrival. All you need to do on arrival is to call the representative who will then drive up, greet you in the airport terminal and assist you with your luggage to the car for transport to your accommodation. 

Exit the airport on arrival and proceed to the Limousine locations noted on the map below. Request an Airline Limousine car and provide the driver with the details we have emailed to you. Payment is pre-arranged, all you need to do is provide the driver with Quest’s account number.

Airline Limousine Driver Instructions

Exit the airport terminal building (Terminal 1: go to area/exit D, Terminal 3: go to post/curb #23) and ask a Commissioner* (wearing cap and striped orange vest) for an ‘Airline Limousine’ car. Give this sheet to the driver who wil then take you to your destination.

Instruction for airport pickup by representative

Maximum wait time is 90 Minutes. Late arrival without notice will result in service cancellation or rearrangement fee of CAD $140. If there is a long wait at the immigration counter, please inform your driver that you would be late.
  • Upon arrival, please contact your driver by phone, email or WhatsApp to inform that you arrived as scheduled. WhatsApp installation is highly recommended.
  • Proceed to the immigration counter, pick up your luggage.
  • When you are ready to leave the terminal please contact the driver and Quest driver will inform you where to meet up.

Instruction for airport dropoff by representative

Upon arrival in Toronto, a school representative will meet and escort you to your accommodation. The representative will be carrying a sign with your name and the school’s logo, as in the picture. He will be waiting for you directly outside your arrival gate, after you have passed immigration and collected your luggage. If you do not immediately see the representative, do not leave the area ouside your arrival gate. Remain there. In case of emergency or should you not see your representative after 15 minutes, call 24 hour QUEST Emergency at 416-962-2272 – dial 3 at message.
If your luggage is lost, please continue to exit the airport and as the Quest representative for help. Do not remain inside the arrival area – the representative will leave the airport if he does not see you 90 minutes after your flight’s arrival. You have 90 minutes to exit from plane arrival. If you flight is late, do not worry. We always check flight arrival times.
