Provincial Attestation Evaluation Guide

The number of Study Permits issued by the government of Canada are now limited / capped. If you plan on applying for a Study Permit to Canada you must first obtain a Provincial Attestation Letter through the school to which you are applying. 

Since the number of Study permits is limited you must first complete this evaluation form for to assess your eligibility. 

You should apply to only one school for a study permit. 

All fields must be completed. 

You will require a copy of a bank statement and your passport identification page to complete this form.

Financial Resources – We require that you upload a copy of a bank statement to prove you have the financial resources to support yourself while in Canada. This can be either own bank statement or that of the individual (such as a parent) supporting you.
