Students who purchase health insurance through Quest will be insured by Global Excel through the broker Trinity International Student Insurance (TISI).

We are pleased to announce that the "Doctor’s Office" (name of company) walk-in clinics are able to accept direct billing payments from students insured by Global Excel if proper claim procedure is taken.

The Doctor’s Office has 22 clinics in the Greater Toronto Area (click here to see locations)

Students must contact Global Excel (claim center) prior to visiting the Doctor’s Office clinics, provide the visiting date and the location the student will visit.

Global Excel will contact the clinic for confirmation of coverage and the clinic will contact Global Excel directly for payment.

Without calling Global Excel in advance, the students will likely be asked to pay up front.

To receive a claim refund, students can mail the complete and signed claim form, original invoices and proof of payment (ex: credit card transaction record) to Global Excel Management Inc. at:

73 Queen Street, Sherbrooke, QC J1M 0C9

Please read carefully the attached file which contains a helpful illustrated example and click on the links below for a helpful claim procedure guide and example of a completed claim form.

Should you have any concerns or questions regarding the direct billing or claim during your stay in Toronto, talk to someone at Quest or contact TISI as soon as possible at 905-415-2668 . We will continue updating information and extending our associated doctor network for Quest students.
