Located downtown in the neighbourhood of University of Toronto. The building has 5 suites per floor with a total of 474 beds. All common areas of the building and the suites are cleaned and maintained by professional staff.

A restaurant, which is open Monday-Friday, is located on the lobby floor. Meal plans are available on arrangement with the restaurant.

Coin operated laundry machines are available to wash your clothes.

Each room has its own combination security lock and contains a bed(no bed linen), desk, chair, lamp, closet and shelving. The room is located within a gender-specific suite that is shared by 6 students. Each suite contains four, three and two piece bathrooms. The suite kitchen has a microwave, stove and lockable pantry with a fridge for each resident. Students supply their own dishes, cutlery and cooking utensils.
